Jazz Matters

Contemporary jazz. Global sounds. Deeper listening.

Welcome to Jazz Matters
Jazz Matters is my independent home for contemporary jazz, nu-jazz, world music, jazz-adjacent sounds, podcasts, sessions, interviews, playlists, and long-form writing.

It began in May 2021 as a weekly radio show on a London community station. Since then, it has grown into a wider music platform built around discovery, context, and careful listening.

This website is the centre of Jazz Matters.
